Safer Walking Subscription Cancellation Policy
If you're a consumer who signed up for a new, paid Safer Walking subscription, you have a right to cancel your subscription at any time. If you exercise this right, your subscription fees will be terminated immediately and your account will be permanently deleted at the end of the current billing cycle. Previous charges won't be refunded unless legally required.
How to Exercise this Right
You must exercise this right of cancellation by logging into your Safer Walking Account and click the "Cancel My Subscription" button.
You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation. Confirmation will result in your subscription being permanently deleted and your Safer Walking account will expire at the end of the current billing cycle.
You don’t need to provide a reason why you’re cancelling, but we’d be interested in hearing why so we can make improvements. Feedback can be given to firstname.lastname@example.org or by leaving a review of the app in the Google Play Store or App Store.
