This 'Bioinorganic Medicinal Chemistry Laboratory' (BMCL), was founded in 2023 under the supervision and mentorship of Dr. Jebiti Haribabu, at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Atacama, Copiapo, Chile. We are working on the development of non/luminescent organometallic anticancer drugs and metallodrugs. In addition, we are also contributing towards the development of novel drugs for rare types of diseases including SARS-CoV2, HIV, Influenza, etc.
