Global monsoon low pressure system datasets

A global dataset of monsoon low pressure systems, compiled using a more highly optimized tracking algorithm from the work titled Assessing historical variability of South Asian monsoon lows and depressions with an optimized tracking algorithm.  This new dataset contains tracks for 5 reanalysis products through the end of 2019, and includes tracks from the recently released ERA5 product as well as JRA-55 (which extends back in time to the year 1958).
