I work in Combinatorial Game Theory with connections to other combinatorial areas. My focus is on placement games, specifically those which relate to designs, posets, simplicial complexes, and other combinatorial objects. For more information, my research statement is available here.
As a postdoctoral fellow at Carleton University, I worked with Brett Stevens on placement games played on combinatorial designs.
My graduate work, under the supervision of Sara Faridi and Richard Nowakowski, focused on the application of simplicial complexes and square-free monomial ideals to strong placement games.
For my undergraduate research, I worked in coding theory under the supervision of Tim Alderson.
