• Obtain items through solicitation, and then turn in
• Purchase items out of pocket, and then turn in
• “Buy-Out” option (Family gives $150 to Christy McMaster for basket assembly)
• Check out the Donated Basket List for Ideas and to see what has already been donated
• Feel free to reach out to businesses on the Solicitation Reference sheet, BUT please list your family name by those you wish to ask so we do not ask multiple times
• If you “reserve” a business with your name, please follow through with them
• If you contacted them last year, your name is in the 2024 Solicited By list and you have priority to do so again. If you are not interested in asking this location/store, please delete your name so someone else may reach out to them.
• Please add any additional businesses solicited by you to the Google doc to avoid double asking by other families
• Sample Request Letters are linked below if you are looking for a template to get you started
• Before turning in, package items to be visually appealing
• Fill out Turn In Form with details for recording and thanking benefactors
• Turn Items into either school office (Mrs. Wohletz or Mrs. Townshend) by April 16th!

Each family must have a minimum of one larger volunteer role, or 2-3 smaller roles (e.g. selling tickets after 1 Mass counts as 1 smaller role)
