This program is designed for kids with no prior basketball experience. Participants will be introduced to basketball through individual drills, partner drills, and fun games.
Classes are held five times a week:
- Monday and Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Weibel Elementary School
- Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Durham Elementary School
- Friday from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Chadbourne Elementary.
This program is designed for youth who have basic basketball experience. Participants must first attend a tryout and, if necessary, complete Program 1.
In addition to the topics covered in Program 1, participants will continue to learn new skills while improving their form, technique, and tactics. Upon completion, they will be able to perform the skill movements correctly and understand how and when to apply them.
Classes are held five times a week:
- Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Weibel Elementary School
- Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Durham Elementary School
- Friday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Centerville Middle School.
This program is designed for late starters who have no prior basketball experience, as well as for intermediate athletes with some basic basketball knowledge. Participants will be introduced to dynamic warm-ups, body movement exercises, skill development, team strategies, and 5-on-5 scrimmages.
Classes are held five times a week:
- Monday and Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Weibel Elementary School
- Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Durham Elementary School
- Friday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Centerville Middle School.
The competitive program is designed for athletes with advanced basketball experience. Participants may need to attend a tryout and/or complete Programs 2 or 3.
In addition to the topics covered in Programs 2 and 3, athletes will continue to focus on technique while also learning advanced skills. As they progress to more professional-style strength and conditioning exercises, they will develop enhanced athletic abilities and superior reflexes.

- Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Weibel Elementary School
- Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Durham Elementary School
- Friday from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Centerville Middle School.
The Elite Program is designed for athletes who are serious about pursuing a basketball career. This unique, ongoing program is tailored for individuals with advanced basketball skills, athletic ability, and natural talent. Upon completing this level, athletes will understand what it takes to become a college player and how to pursue a professional basketball career.
Classes are held every day of the week, with times determined by the elite athletes in coordination with the coach. We strive to develop these talented players, and scheduling can be more flexible for them as a group.
