Custom words or phrases you create, including translations, notes, and pronunciation

Your learning data is stored locally on your device.
If you have iCloud enabled, SvenskaNu may synchronize your learning data using Apple CloudKit. Your data is stored in your private iCloud database, which is controlled by your Apple ID.
The developer cannot access your private CloudKit database.
If iCloud is unavailable or disabled, your data remains stored only on your device.
SvenskaNu uses TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous usage analytics.
Analytics help us understand how the app is used so we can improve features, fix issues, and make the learning experience better.

Starting or completing onboarding
Opening or saving learning packs
Playing pronunciation audio

TelemetryDeck is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not track users across apps or websites.
SvenskaNu includes Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets.
To display words and phrases, widgets access a small amount of locally shared data through Apple's App Groups. This shared data may include:
Phrase
Translation
Pronunciation
Selected pack
Difficulty information
Learning progress needed to display the widget
This information remains on your device.
SvenskaNu uses Apple's built-in text-to-speech technology to pronounce Swedish words and phrases.
The app does not record your voice or perform speech recognition.
If you choose to contact us by email from within the app, your email will be sent using your own email application.
Any information you include in your message, including your email address, will be used only to respond to your inquiry.
You can erase your learning data at any time from the app's Settings.
When you erase your data, the app removes your stored learning progress, preferences, favorites, and custom phrases from the device. If iCloud synchronization is enabled, the deleted data will also be removed from your private CloudKit database as part of the synchronization process.
SvenskaNu uses the following third-party services:
Apple CloudKit for optional private iCloud synchronization.
TelemetryDeck for anonymous, privacy-focused analytics.
These services operate under their own privacy policies.
SvenskaNu does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
