To put it simply: Type 1 licenses allow you to fly planes built on VS Eureka.
Restriction A: Personal use ONLY.
Restriction B: Personal/Military use ONLY.
Restriction C: Must have a non-restricted pilot with you.
To put it simply: Type 2 licenses allow you to fly planes made with Simple Planes.
Usually for non-commercial use/military use, but commercial is still sometimes used with this license, you lame looser.
