Accommodation, food (breakfast, lunch, meal and coffee breaks during residential meetings) + travel expenses during the study visit dates are 100% covered by the Erasmus+ grant (based on planned budgets cfr. program guide).

Your participants will stay in the heart of Brussels at Hostel JES SleepIn, a 25 minute walk away from the Brussels central station. It’s a great base to explore Brussels after the sessions and meetings we arrange. Due to the very busy high season, only shared bedrooms with 8 beds are available, but you will be accommodated with a maximum of 5 people per room. There are 3 rooms, and we will take your gender preference into account when assigning rooms.

We also deduct 55 euros of the travel reimbursement fee of your participants, based on the Erasmus+ distance calculator. For example: For a partner organization, based 500-1999 km away from Brussels, one participant normally receives 309€ for the full travels. We deduct 55€ of that budget. Meaning that a participant complying to this distance band, can receive a maximum of 254€ for his/her travel reimbursement. JOETZ uses this as a participant fee, with the intention to provide more quality in our projects.
