One-on-One Personalized Coaching

• Every other week virtual 1:1 meetings 

• Weekly message check- ins (on off weeks)

• Option to add any additional 1:1 meetings ($50 each additional meeting for ongoing clients)

• Access to message me at any time between sessions 

• $189 monthly  (highly recommend at least 6 month commitment, but you ultimately get to decide how long)

• Each individual one-off meeting (not an ongoing client)-$99
