Dr. Suzanne Kritz, PT, DPT
Owner/Lead Physical Therapist
Dr. Suzanne graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science in 2017 from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and her clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020 from Clarkson University in upstate New York. During PT school, she completed rotations including: inpatient acute care, outpatient orthopedics and hippotherapy.
Throughout college and graduate school, Suzanne was an equestrian athlete competing in dressage, jumping and eventing. She knew her dream was to one day work with riders to keep them in the saddle longer and without pain, while improving performance and partnership with their horses.
She has over 20 years of experience riding in dressage, 3 day eventing and show jumping giving her a unique perspective in evaluating movement patterns of riders on and off the horse.
Additionally, she is thrilled to have developed an interest in pelvic health physical therapy where she can help her patients live to their highest potential. She is trained by the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health in levels 1 & 2.
As a PT, she is commonly asked why she chose to be a physical therapist. The answer is helping someone say “I can,” instead of saying "I can’t."
Through her training, experience and passion for movement science, she has been valued as a clinician that is dedicated to meeting patient’s individualized goals.
