Camille is coping with the loss of a mother who emotionally abandoned her when she is confronted by the sudden appearance of a stalker and the revelation of an inheritance left to her by the father she never knew, in a place she never heard of.
When her uncle is murdered she and her grandmother seek refuge at the place of her inheritance, the family estate of her father's friend. She is unaware that this decision will lead her into further danger because while some family members are welcoming, others are openly hostile.
As dead bodies are unearthed and the killer grows ever closer she finds herself in a race to uncover the truth and escape a ruthless killer.
