Fundamentals of mass production of apparel, focusing on the operation of industrial sewing and pressing equipment. Survey of materials selection and construction techniques used at all proce levels of mass produced apparel. Introduction to industry seam allowances. Indentification of differences between ready-to-wear garments and couture construction.
