SuvaHealth is a general wellness app designed to help users track daily wellness habits, calorie targets, water intake, mood check ins, weight progress, reminders, and Apple Health activity.
Information Stored on Your Device
SuvaHealth stores your profile, wellness selections, mood check ins, weight logs, water tracking, reminders, and progress history locally on your device.
SuvaHealth does not sell, share, or transmit your personal information to third parties.
Apple Health Data
SuvaHealth may request permission to read Apple Health data, including steps and active calories.
Apple Health data is accessed only with your permission.
If Apple Health syncing is enabled, SuvaHealth uses steps and active calories strictly for in app functionality, including daily activity insights and activity adjusted calorie targets.
Apple Health data is not used for advertising, tracking, or sale to third parties.
Notifications
SuvaHealth may send optional daily reminders if you allow notifications. You can choose how many reminders you receive in the app.
Third Party Links
SuvaHealth may include links to products or websites outside the app. If you open an external link, that website may collect information based on its own privacy practices.

Deleting Your Data
You can delete your profile from inside the app to remove locally stored SuvaHealth profile data from your device.
