Hi, Welcome! and thank you for visiting my website. I am Suvadip, a fifth-year PhD Student in the Department of Statistics and Data Science at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. My research interests broadly focus on Statistical Machine learning, Computational social choice theory and AI safety. I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Marty Wells . I also work with Prof. Moon Duchin in the areas of fairness in computational social choice. I am also working in AI safety with Prof. Lionel Levine . Prior to this, I graduated from the Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore ,with a Master of Mathematics (M.Math) degree in 2021 and Bachelor of Mathematics (B.Math) in 2019.
