The SUSTAIN Global Event “Sustaining capacity strengthening for Environmental, Social and Climate Change (ESC)" safeguards marked the end of SUSTAIN I.
Together, we reflected on lessons learned, celebrated key achievements, and explored the future of ESC safeguards and capacity strengthening.
A special thanks to all trainers and consultants of SUSTAIN (over 60), who have been highly engaged in promoting the importance and relevance of the ESC safeguards, providing also practical solutions to local challenges.
In the last three years, SUSTAIN trained over 550 Project Management Unit staff from 29 countries, who are now connected through a global Community of Practice where they can share lessons learned, challenges and solutions, thus creating long-lasting effects.
