GAS SLIP and FLEET CARD UTILIZATION
(for POV)
All personnel with POV (4 wheels) are limited to 2x a month to utilize the card. 1st-3rd week and 4th week ONLY.
Conditions:
1st-3rd week - OFFICIAL BUSINESS or MOVEMENT
4th week - PERSONAL
Motorcycles are allowed to utilize the card ONCE A WEEK. Provided that it is his/her sole means of transportation going from and to the office. Gassing up 2 types of vehicle under the same name is PROHIBITED.
Utilization of the card must be approved/noted by CPT MACAPAGAL (for motorcycles and 4-wheel) and EX-O f(or 4-wheel type).
Utilizing the card without the approval or knowledge of the abovementioned officers, violators should reimburse the total amount deducted from the card plus will be awarded with 1 STAR. Likewise Duty OG (during the time that the violation was committed) will also be awarded with 1 STAR.
The remaining balance on the 4th week will be distributed to all personnel by priority. Subject for the approval of Squadron Commander.
PRIORITY I - those who did not avail on the 1st-3rd week.
PRIORITY II - those who availed on the 1st-3rd week.
