Sustainable Systems

Sustainable Systems Limited is a New Zealand-based community-focused non-profit social enterprise supporting wellbeing, equity, and sustainability through systems thinking, education, and community engagement.

Our current work focuses on multicultural and migrant wellbeing in Aotearoa, particularly within Canterbury communities, through practical initiatives related to healthy lifestyles, digital wellbeing, food environments, sustainability education, and community resilience.

We work alongside communities, educators, and collaborators to support culturally responsive approaches to complex social and environmental challenges, while promoting learning, connection, and community capability building. Our systems thinking, reflective learning, and knowledge-sharing activities are supported through Jotirgamaya Systems Lab (JSL). 

Our kaupapa is grounded in the belief that healthier futures require stronger connections between people, culture, community, and the environment.
