Professor Thaís holds a degree in Biotechnology from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and has a Master's (2017), Ph.D. (2021), and Postdoctoral (2023) degree in Phytopathology from ESALQ/USP.
Her researches mainly focuses on several aspects related to soybean anthracnose and myrtle rust, with expertise in ultrastructural aspects, comparative genomics, and transcriptomics between phytopathogenic fungi and their hosts.
