Sustainable leadership is a beacon for a more equitable, harmonious, and prosperous future. It is a vital solution for increasing representation and inclusion for every way the LIS profession serves all communities. The reality is that even good leaders need guidance. Good leadership builds community and partnerships for long-term success (Avery and Bergsteiner, 2011). This bibliography and toolkit will provide library leaders, and those aspiring to become, with culture shifting knowledge and skills and the resources to build a platform of sustainable leadership practices.Â
The project's extensive bibliography and recommended resources for sustainable leadership aims to bridge the gap of representation with emphasis on creating environments of belonging.
