The primary purpose of this training course is to:
· Increase sustainability awareness for business students and staff from multiple perspectives including the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.
· Develop a sustainability network for participants across the UK HE sector.
· Develop a new forum to discuss business and sustainable business research
· Organise sustainable and business guest speakers talks on a regular basis
· Discuss some of the main challenges of applying research methods in real/ actual practices.
· Discuss some key approaches of creative approaches to achieve the UN SDGs
Expected participants
This training will be offered to all business school staff and students in the UK and Ireland. This will involve guest speakers, external sustainability managers/ experts, sustainability activists, and other sustainability champions who are working in the related field e.g., sustainable banks, retail businesses, energy and transport companies, social enterprises and governmental authorities, etc…
The delivery will involve an interactive learning approach with some business case studies from sustainable leading institutions such as:
