• P&Z deferred action after the public hearing, but the public record is closed.

• P&Z Commissioners did not see any problems with this subdivision - 2200 ft cul-de-sac, cutting of most trees, building in the wetlands, flooding, fire danger, etc. They said it was an infill project, which is not a problem.
