What Can You Do?

• Write letters of concern NOW to Planning & Zoning (P&Z), your county councilman, and other elected officials. (Addresses below.) See the map at the bottom of the page to find your County Council District. It is important to write to P&Z by April 7 in order to have your letter considered in the April 8 hearing.

• Attend the Planning & Zoning Approval Hearing when scheduled, either virtually or in person. April 8, 2021, the Scenic Manor part of the hearing will start at 6pm. Location: This meeting is scheduled to be held at Room 540, Carter Partnership Center at Delaware Technical Community College, 21179 College Drive, Georgetown, DE You can also join the hearing by phone to make a comment. • Send Letters to the Editor of local papers NOW. For additional contacts, including where to send Letters to the Editor, click 'Contact Info' tab above.

• Check this website for updates.

• Join the Sussex2030 e-mail list - click the link below.

Mr. Lopez & Mr. Schwartzkopf are the elected state officials for Mulberry Knoll & Lewes. If you live outside these districts, you may want to also write your representatives.
