What Can You Do?
Write letters of concern NOW to Planning & Zoning (P&Z), your county councilman, and other elected officials. (Addresses below.) See the map at the bottom of the page to find your County Council District. It is important to write to P&Z by April 7 in order to have your letter considered in the April 8 hearing.
Attend the Planning & Zoning Approval Hearing when scheduled, either virtually or in person. April 8, 2021, the Scenic Manor part of the hearing will start at 6pm. Location: This meeting is scheduled to be held at Room 540, Carter Partnership Center at Delaware Technical Community College, 21179 College Drive, Georgetown, DE You can also join the hearing by phone to make a comment.
