Local farmers may not have to dispose the waste in their own land.
How about the waste out of this facility? Other than the compost and pellets, there are still some waste to be disposed of. Where do they dispose this residue from all the wastes from all over Delmarva, and possibly North Carolina?

Where is the Wastewater pretreatment system? What happens after pretreatment?
Permitting
Page 74 - DelDOT site permitting
Vehicles using:
Employees (how many?)
Feedstock delivery - what type of vehicles, how many/how often
Finished compost pick up - what type of vehicles, how many/how often
Treated Wastewater transport - what type of vehicles, how many/how often
CNG - what type of vehicles, how many/how often
And, all these are expected to generate less than 50 vehicle trips per day - based on DelDOT (page 12)

Page 89 - Employment
Construction 40-45
Long term - roughly 30 additional employees for the future AD facility and 11 for the compost facility.
Future - environmental technicians and microbiologists.
Contracting with local vendors for transportation, specialized equipment maintenance, and other regularly performed services.
Page 99 - Traffic
40 trucks per day of organic feedstock material delivered to the site for both the AD and the composting facility.
5 trucks per day to move finished digestate solids and/or compost.
"Total vehicle trips per are expected at less than 200 and therefore a traffic impact analysis was not required by DelDOT"
Questions - from page 74:
Are the 40 trucks delivering the feedstock material are to be considered the same as the passenger vehicle trips?
How about employees?
CNC tankers?
Treated Wastewater transfers?
