Beautification

Neighborhoods should look great! A few of the beautification projects we coordinate each year to keep our community looking its best include:

• Hanging baskets that appear on telephone/light poles.

• Maintenance of the Sussex Park garden.

• A free plant exchange provides residents the opportunity to add flowers and produce generating plants to their garden.

• A garden makeover contest provides one household the opportunity to improve the curb appeal of their property.

Building Connections

Residents make up the essential fiber of this community. We feel it's important to build lasting relationships with those in your neighborhood to better create a sense of place; beyond that of the physical real estate in which one resides.
