Sushovon Saha is an Indian author of literary fiction whose stories explore memory, ordinary lives & the emotional landscape of small-town India. His writing observes the unnoticed gestures, private struggles & quiet kindnesses that shape everyday experience, bringing together nostalgia, humour & gentle social reflection.

Trained as an engineer & educated in management, he spent over two and half decades working in technology, public systems & institutional transformation. This background informs the clarity and observational detail of his storytelling, where analytical precision meets human sensitivity. His narratives are less concerned with dramatic events than with the small turning points through which people grow, reconcile & understand one another.

He made his literary debut with Paper Moons & Mango Trees: Stories of Indian Hearts, a collection of interconnected stories set across railway towns, neighbourhood courtyards, and fading urban margins. Paper Moons & Mango Trees sold 65,000 copies within fourteen days of its August 2025 release, with a second enhanced edition published in March 2026.
