As a maguro (tuna) specialist,

he excelled as Chef de Cuisine at

Singapore's esteemed

Maguro Donya Miuramisakikou,

earning multiple Michelin

Bib Gourmand awards.

Creator of signature dishes

like Maguro Sanjushi

(Tuna Three Musketeers)

and Maguro Engawa Grill.

Pursuing delicious cuisine daily,

松本拓也　沖縄出身

1982年生まれ

料理の鉄人、各メディアで有名な

大阪の名店〈神田川〉や、

沖縄有名リゾート5つ星ホテル〈アリビラ〉

にて従事。

その後まぐろのスペシャリストとして、

シンガポールの名店　Maguro Donya Miuramisakikou などで

料理長ととして活躍。

その時に、ミシュランビブグルマンを

数年に渡り獲得。

まぐろ三銃士、

まぐろエンガワグリルの名物料理を始めに、

日々美味しい料理を追求。
