Donations: CYM sponsors many events and services during our annual trip. Donations directly and explicitly fund the following services: educational and spiritual days in Upper Egypt for children and teens, including meals and gifts; Brethren of Christ home visits in Upper Egypt (care packages of meat/poultry and non-perishable foods, and monetary blessing envelopes based on the number of individuals per household); field trips and individual gifts for children at orphanages; fun days for special needs angels (speech/hearing/visual impairment) including meals and gifts.
If you wish to get the blessing of donating toward these services, please donate through HOPE using the link below, and select 'College Youth Mission (CYM) Trip 2026' from the drop-down menu. https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/donation-form/92b3ac29-6eb9-4b0c-8d20-d30fa76e96cd
Our service trip to Egypt will be dedicated to various ministries in Upper Egypt and the Red Sea region. Our mission work is dedicated to human development and educational programs for children and teens, as well as pastoral work in the villages and orphanages. We will visit holy and ancient sites and monasteries, immersing ourselves in our Coptic roots, and enjoy the culture at some hangout spots! For safety and security, we do not post the itinerary online. If you have any questions, you can contact frjerome@suscopts.org.

PLEASE NOTE: The deposit is $425. Because Zeffy puts a cap on credit card transaction amounts, you will pay $250 with a credit card via Zeffy when you register. Immediately, after submitting your registration form, send the remainder of the deposit ($275) via Zelle to smsgcoptic@gmail.com (St. Mary & St. George Coptic Orthodox Church).
We use Zeffy, a free platform for nonprofits that ensures 100% of raised funds go towards our mission. When submitting a payment, the form will prompt you to add a 'contribution' to the platform. This is your choice. To opt out, select 'other' to avoid additional charges other than the cost of the mission trip.
If you choose to participate in the group airfare reservations from a major city (e.g., MCO, TPA, FLL, MIA, ATL, BNA, DFW, IAH, PHX), a $100 deposit is required. There is a separate travel form that you can complete after you complete your mission registration form. If the group airfare reservations do not work out, the $100 deposit will be a credit toward your final trip payment. Please decide on this step early on, and whether you want to stay longer after the trip (some airlines allow 'deviation', meaning you can depart earlier and/or return later). Group airfares are best booked three months in advance to guarantee an economical airfare.
Upon registration, participants must read and sign to confirm they understand and agree with the trip policies.
