Introduction
Organizers welcome participants and walk through the workshop process. A short introduction of the SusAF framework will be given, with the group work process and three tasks.
Then, each participant will give a 2-minute presentation summarizing their reflection paper.
Session 1
Participants are divided into groups of 5 and each group selects a topic based on their reflection paper to work on during the group work
In Task 1, participants identify sustainability issues of AI tools in selected cases and classify them into five sustainability dimensions.
Session 2
Group presentations of Task 1.
In Task 2, participants classify issues into three orders of effects.
Group presentations of Task 2.
Session 3
In Task 3, participants discuss relations across dimensions and identify the chain of effects.
Group presentations of Task 3 and synthesis of the results.
Wrap-up
Group presentations of main findings.
Organizers collect feedback and guide the next steps.
