TERMS OF USE

The terms of this agreement (“Terms of Use”) govern the relationship between you and “SurZeus Studio” (from now on “SurZeus Studio”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us”) regarding your use of “SurZeus Studio” games, websites and related services such as game codes, user accounts, customer support, social media, wikis (from now on the “Service”). Use of the Service is also governed by the “SurZeus Studio” Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

Before accessing or using the Service, including browsing any “SurZeus Studio” website or accessing a game, you must agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. By installing, using or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to change the Services, posted policies and these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Therefore, please review these Terms of Use occasionally to be aware of any changes.

Please read these Terms carefully before you agree. These Terms of Use are a legally binding contract between you and SurZeus Studio (Krzysztof Surdyn).

By agreeing these Terms, you confirm the following:

1.1. AGE RESTRICTIONS. You are at least 18 years old. Our Services are not intended for and may not be used by people under 18. This might be older depending on the required minimum age rating of the game. If you’re under the age required, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use SurZeus Studio Service. If you’re a parent or legal guardian, and you allow your child to use the Service, then you’re responsible for your child’s activity on the Service.

1.2. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE. You are given a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable licence to use the SurZeus Studio Services on authorised devices/platforms. You are responsible for keeping your user account safe. You may never allow anyone else to use your account (except your parents or legal guardian).

1.3. USING OF THE SERVICE. You must not use the Service for commercial, political or religious purposes. You must not share any advertisement, promotion, or spam through the Service.

1.4. COMMUNICATION. While communicating with other players, community members or employees of SurZeus Studio, you may not use language that could be offensive or vulgar to others. Racist, sexist, discriminatory, abusive, obscene or disruptive language and/or content are unacceptable. You must not threaten or harass others. Any attempt to discredit players (e.g. creating fake accounts) leads to the banning of all the accounts of the player involved.

1.5. CHEATING. You must not create, use, make available and/or distribute any cheats, scripts or mods that can affect the SurZeus Studio Service in any way. You must not take advantage of any possible bugs. You must not use signs or other ways to make your nickname invisible, which can be considered cheating.

1.6. PAYMENTS. You are responsible for keeping your payment data secure. All payments for SurZeus Studio are final and not refundable or exchangeable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to close any account with unauthorised charges. If you pay through a third party other than Google Play/App Store, SurZeus Studio assumes no responsibility for any consequence it may lead to, including loss of money, loss of account and its content, etc.

1.7. REFUNDS. According to their refund policies, you may request a refund on Google Play or App Store. If any item/coins are returned for no reason, SurZeus Studio reserves the right to ban the account to prevent abuse.

1.8. Buying, selling or attempting to sell an account for real money or any equivalent is prohibited.

Violating these Terms of Use will result in temporary or permanent restrictions. In our sole discretion, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice.
