Survivors Speak Truth is a "living classroom" for therapists who work with survivors of ritual abuse and mind control. And, it is for survivors of RA/MC, who have Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) who wish to help therapists learn how to work with survivors in a safe, respectful and productive way. Survivors Speak Truth is both a teaching group for therapists and a support group for survivors. It is a rare opportunity for therapists to learn directly from the survivors themselves.
This is when survivors are able to come out of isolation, meet with other survivors of extreme abuse and support one another. While at the same time they become teachers to the therapists, helping them to help survivors in ways that they wouldn’t have otherwise learned.
Textbooks do not cover topics of RA/MC and barely acknowledge the existence of DID. But when handled carefully, a group comprising of survivors and therapists together can become an asset to every therapist who cares about those who so desperately need the help, the compassion, the knowledge, and the skill of a good therapist.
In this support group setting the Survivors are the "living textbooks" as they openly interact, answer questions, share their stories, and discuss topics pertinent to DID/RA/MC, to their therapy, and to their life experiences as survivors of extreme trauma.
Therapists will not be doing therapy, but will be students, actively participating with the survivors. This will help therapists to better understand what the survivor's needs are and how to help them.
Whether you are a therapist or a survivor, please consider joining us as we work together to bridge the gap between survivors of DID/RA/MC and those therapists who are willing to work with them.
Every participant will be vetted to the best of our ability.
Time for the group: Thursdays, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Pacific Time) for 16 week sessions, with the option to stay on indefinitely.
This will not be a drop-in group, but a commitment-based group. There will be a limit to the number of survivors and therapists, with a waiting list for any overflow.

"Every bit of help RAMCOA survivors can find gets them another step toward safety, freedom, healing and the discovery of life." Judie, Dw
"The best minds in mental health aren't the professionals. They are the trauma survivors who have had to figure out how to stay alive for years with virtually no help. Wanna learn how to psychologically survive under unfathomable stress? Talk to abuse survivors."
Dr. Glenn Patrick Doyle
"One day you will tell your story of how you overcame what you went through, and it will be someone else's survivor guide." Brene Brown
Comments from Participants
"The group gives me ideas of things to try with my own clients and honestly validates how working with RA/MC looks in real life. The way the work is talked about/written about by other 'experts' rarely fits what it's like in reality in my office. The group also helps me to have a better conceptualization of what the different RA/MC groups [cults] are about." ~ Therapist
"I find [this group] is cohesive and safe, and I take it seriously. I'm dedicated to being there because I'm learning so much. I don't want to go on with my little life here knowing people are suffering." ~ Therapist
"I would recommend this group with the caveat that this is not an introductory experience." ~ Therapist
"Seeing the resiliency, strength and courage of the survivors...they [survivors] work harder than anyone else on this planet." ~ Therapist
" I have never seen a group with as much love as this one has. Everyone is so supportive of each other." ~Therapist
"I feel so honored to be allowed to be part of this group." ~ Therapist
"Maybe something little that I have to say about myself might be huge to a therapist and might help them with their client." ~ Survivor
"My goal is, more self awareness and empowerment, and that I am making a difference." ~Survivor
"This group is so needed. I am all in..." ~ Survivor
"I have never been in a survivor support group like this one. I am safe, I am cared about and supported, I learn so much, and I finally feel like I have a meaningful purpose in life."
~ Survivor
"If I want to learn about RAMCOA, who better to learn from than the survivors themselves..."
