Surveillance Camera Installation Administrative Agreement
This administrative agreement outlines the terms and conditions for additional administrative support provided by Smart Digital Tech for Security Camera Installation within a one year period of the installation date. The services covered under this agreement include, but are not limited to:
1. Adding Additional Users: Smart Digital Tech will provide support for adding authorized users to the surveillance system to enable access and monitoring capabilities as required.
2. Alert Changes: Smart Digital Tech will assist in making necessary adjustments to the alert settings of the surveillance system to ensure optimal and customized notifications for specific events or incidents.
3. Retrieving or Viewing Video for Incidents: Smart Digital Tech will facilitate the process of retrieving and viewing video footage for specific incidents as requested by the client, subject to the terms and limitations of the surveillance system.
4. **Additional Support Charges:**
4.1 Any CCTV support requests arising from power outages, replacement of routers or internet providers, relocation of equipment, or completion of renovations in the equipment area after the initial one-year service period will be subject to additional charges.
4.2 The additional support charges will be based on the complexity and time required to address the specific support request, and will be billed at the prevailing hourly labor rate, with a minimum charge of 30 minutes.
4.3 Service Provider will provide an estimate of the expected charges for any additional support requests beyond the standard administrative services upon request by the Client.
5. **Confidentiality:**
5.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the course of providing administrative support services.
Any administrative support provided under this agreement will be subject to the following terms:
6. Authorization: The client must provide explicit authorization for any administrative changes or actions requested under this agreement.
7. Timeliness: Smart Digital Tech will make reasonable efforts to process administrative requests in a timely manner and provide necessary support within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Limitations: Smart Digital Tech reserves the right to assess the feasibility and complexity of any administrative request and may communicate any limitations, constraints or addtional labor charges that could affect the execution of such requests.e
Additional Hourly Labor Charges:
9. **Hourly Labor Charges:**
9.1 After the initial one-year period of administrative support services, any additional administrative requests that require general administrative work will be subject to an hourly labor charge.
9.2 The minimum charge for such requests will be for 30 minutes of labor, with subsequent charges applied for every 15 minutes thereafter.
9.3 The hourly labor charge is set at $95 per hour, and any additional expenses incurred in the fulfillment of the requested administrative tasks will be billed separately.
9.4 Service Provider will provide an estimate of the expected labor hours and costs for any complex administrative tasks upon request by the Client.e period undethis Agreement shall commnce on [Start Date] and continue until terminated by either party with [Notice Period] written notice.
