Trauma Bonding is a live podcast series created by Jace Preme, creator of Surviving No Contact and founder of Preme Music Group.
The concept was inspired by Jace’s experiences in 2024 during a period of grief, loss, and divorce that led to multiple psychiatric hospitalizations. During that time, he realized how deeply people connect through shared pain, as strangers opened up and supported each other through similar struggles.
Trauma Bonding creates a space for honest conversations about healing, relationships, and personal growth, while also featuring artists performing vulnerable music rooted in real-life experiences.
Through conversation and music, the series allows artists and audiences to share their stories, feel understood, and connect through the realities of being human.
