The Learning Resource Management Section (LRMS) serves as the vital arm of the Curriculum Implementation Division within the Schools Division Office (SDO) of Surigao City. It is tasked with implementing the mandates outlined in the Learning Resource Management and Development System (LRMDS) framework established by the Department of Education.

In alignment with its mission, the LRMS facilitates the development and distribution of diverse and sufficient learning resources, catering to both the formal Basic Education and Alternative Learning Systems. To enhance accessibility and adaptability, the SDO SCORER Portal offers an online repository where teachers and learners can easily download resources tailored for various learning modalities.
