No. This year, to support the scale of the event and ensure high-quality catering and venue facilities, there is a registration fee.

What if I am no longer able to make it?
There are no refunds. However, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a colleague at any time by contacting us.
How are you catering for the conference?
All catering for the conference will be vegetarian. If you have dietary requirements, you can specify these on the registration form when you book your ticket.
Is a quiet room available?
Yes, a quiet room will be available if required for any reason.
I have accessibility requirements - how can I get in touch?
The ICC Birmingham is fully accessible. If you have specific needs, please get in touch with us in advance advance so that we can put suitable arrangements in place to support you.
