PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: May 24, 2026
NoSi Games & Studios ("we", "our", "us", or "Company") operates the mobile application "Surge Rider: Neon Gravity Line" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game" or "Service").
This Privacy Policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) or personal data is being used online under applicable global data protection regulations (including GDPR, KVKK, and CCPA). Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect, or otherwise handle your information in accordance with our Game.
1. Information Collection and Use
We do not directly collect, harvest, or store any personal data or personally identifiable information from our users. The Game is built using the Flutter framework and does not require registration, login credentials, or any personal profiling to function.
However, to provide a fully integrated gaming experience, the Game utilizes third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) and services that may collect, process, and transmit data under their own respective privacy policies. These third-party services include:
- Google Play Services: For handling user authentication, global leaderboards, cloud saves, and achievements.
- Google AdMob: For serving targeted, contextual, and rewarded video advertisements. AdMob may collect and use advertising IDs (such as the Android Advertising ID) and device characteristics to personalize ads.
2. Automated Data Collection & Log Files
Whenever you utilize our Service, in the event of an application crash, unexpected error, or critical exception, third-party error-tracking tools (such as Firebase Crashlytics) may automatically collect diagnostic log data from your mobile hardware. This information may encompass:
- Device Model, Brand, and Manufacturer
- Operating System version (Android API level)
- Screen resolution and hardware specifications
- Application state and performance metrics at the exact millisecond of the crash
- Internet Protocol (IP) address (anonymized)
This data is used exclusively for debugging, patching infrastructure, and optimizing the physics/rendering system for modern mobile devices.
3. Financial Transactions and In-App Billing
Surge Rider: Neon Gravity Line offers digital virtual goods, including the "No Ads" package, "Starter Pack", and virtual currency ("Neon Cubes"). All monetary transactions are exclusively initiated, verified, and processed through the Google Play In-App Billing architecture.
- NoSi Games & Studios does not have access to, nor do we collect or store, your credit card numbers, banking details, billing addresses, or payment authentication credentials.
- All purchase tokens and billing records are managed strictly under Google’s Secure Commerce Infrastructure.
4. Children’s Privacy Protection (COPPA / GDPR / KVKK Compliance)
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially critical. Our Service does not intentionally target and is not designed to attract children under the age of 13 (or the legal age threshold specified by your local country's jurisdiction).
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
- If we discover that a child under 13 has inadvertently provided personal tracking data via integrated third-party SDKs, we will take immediate steps to purge that data from our logs.
- If you are a parent or legal guardian and discover that your child is accessing our Service without your consent, please contact us via our official support email.
5. Data Retention and Security Protocols
Since we do not host user accounts on private remote cloud servers, we do not store your personal information on our end. Your game progress, unlocked skins, and active missions are stored locally inside the application's secure sandbox on your physical device.
We utilize industry-standard practices to ensure third-party SDK dependencies are secure and regularly updated to mitigate any risks of security breaches.
6. Changes and Amendments to This Policy
We reserve the right to revise or update this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion to reflect changes in legal mandates, global data regulations, or third-party service policies. Any changes will be marked by an updated "Last Updated" timestamp at the apex of this document. We encourage you to review this document periodically to stay informed.
7. Institutional Contact Information
For any legal inquiries, data deletion requests regarding third-party SDK identifiers, technical support issues, or optimization feedback, you may reach out to us directly at our official communications channel:
