Vehicle hang tags are to remain on your rearview mirror any time you are on Oceanside property including the beachfront parking lot. When in the overflow lot (location of overflow lot), be sure you pass is visible via the windshield.
Key Cards - With the new Oceanside Village rules, you will have rent with cash laminated key cards for access to all of the gates in the village and beachfront parking lot. Upon departure, if you return your key card they will mail back to you part of the rental cost. Note: ANY LOST CARDS HAVE A FEE to replace.
Note: The key card electronic gates to the community are locked from 1:00am to 5:00am
Pools are open daily 10:00am to 10:00pm
Security Guardhouse - You may borrow tennis racquets, pickleball equipment, basketballs, etc for a refundable deposit with a driver’s license
Trash pick up - Off season is Tuesdays only
Summer season are Saturday mornings and Tuesdays
Trash cans should be at the curb. Trash left on the ground will not be picked up
Water Cooler - DO NOT THROW AWAY EMPTY WATER BOTTLE. Take to the grocery store to replace it with filled water bottle for a small fee. If you do not want to use water cooler, just leave empty water bottle next to water cooler
Parking - Left side for upstairs unit. Right side for downstairs unit. Any extra cars must go to the Oceanside Village office before 5:00pm on Saturday to get an overflow pass. ONLY 1 CAR/PARKING SPACE (2 CARS TOTAL) All other extra cars must be parked in overflow parking (location of overflow lot).
We do supply bed linens, bath/beach /kitchen towels and limited toiletries. In the upstairs unit, there are 4 queen beds and a full futon. In the downstairs unit there are 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and a twin trundle daybed.

Air conditioning - Lower thermostat only 2-3 degrees at a time and allow for the system to “catch up”. Do not set the thermostat below 70 degrees. Setting the thermostat too low can cause it to freeze up and not operate. Open bedroom doors during the day will help keep upstairs cooler
Refrigerator and Freezers - Set at medium cycle so the humidity does not cause the coils to freeze up
Use HE detergent in washing machine
Washer and Dryer are for both units. Please don’t leave clothes in W/D for extended periods
Secure deck umbrellas with cords. Never leave umbrellas open unattended
HOW TO
Both units have keyless entry door locks programmed specifically to your family when you are there. To unlock the door from the outside, press the YALE button, type your code and then hit the check mark. To lock from outside, hit the YALE button. From inside, use the manual rotary knob
Golf Carts - Put the golf cart key in the lock box on the golf cart every night and at the beach. You must also have a valid driver’s license to operate. The golf carts can not be driven on main roads at night.
Downstairs golf cart is the Red (Western) with a key located in lockbox on cart.
Upstairs golf cart is Blue Limo with a key located in lockbox on cart.
Charge golf carts by using the heavy duty yellow extension cord. This should be located in the laundry room or by the downstairs outlet behind the table with 4 chairs. Use the same outlet behind the table and 4 chairs to charge. DO NOT CHARGE IN THE RAIN OR LEAVE CHARGERS IN RAIN

Check out is 10:00am
Clean grills after using for next guests
Wash any blankets/sheets or soiled linens you may have used for next guests
Replace any supplies that you use, e.g. toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, etc
Please do not rearrange furniture. But if you needed to move something, please put it back where you found it
Do not leave dirty/clean dishes in dishwasher when departing your stay
Empty and clean any spills in refrigerator/freezer
Take out trash before departing your stay
Return all keys/keycards to where they were
Please turn all air conditioners/thermostats up to 74 degrees before you leave
In closets, there are vacuums and carpet washer if needed for bad spills
If possible, please send a text to let us know your departure time so we can let cleaning person in ASAP
