This Privacy Policy describes how Surelife ("the App") collects, uses, and shares your information. The App is designed for medical representatives and organization managers to streamline field operations and reporting.

A. Personal Information
Account Details: Name, email address, and professional role (Representative, Manager, or Admin).
• Authentication: Provided via Firebase Authentication.
B. Location Data (Critical)
•Visit Tracking: To verify field visits, we collect your precise geographic location (latitude and longitude) only when you Start or Complete a visit.
•Background Location: This App does not track your location in the background. Location is captured only during active professional interactions initiated by you.
C. Device Information
•For security and audit logs, we collect device-specific information including your device model, unique device ID (IDFV/Android ID), and operating system version.
D. Professional and Financial Data
•Visit logs, professional notes, doctor/chemist details, expense claims, and leave management records created within the App.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
•Operational Verification: To confirm that field visits occur at the intended locations.
•Reporting & Analytics: To generate performance insights and MR productivity metrics.
•Expense Processing: To validate and approve professional allowance claims.
•Internal Management: To manage leave requests and organizational settings.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
•Organizational Access: Your data (visit logs, location at time of visit, and expenses) is visible to the Administrators and Managers of your specific organization/tenant.
•Third-Party Services: We use Google Firebase for data storage (Firestore) and authentication. We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers.
•Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and integrity of our professional platform.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures provided by the Google Cloud Platform to protect your data. This includes encrypted data transmission and secure cloud storage.
5. Your Choices and Rights
•Location Permissions: You can choose whether to allow the App to access your location. However, location access is mandatory for the "Log Visit" functionality to work.
•Account Access: You may review and update your profile information through your organization’s administrator.
•Data Retention: Data is retained as long as your account is active within your organization.
