We are a family owned and operated business located in Scappoose, OR. We service and repair: Natural Gas, Propane, gas furnaces, tankless water heaters, ductless systems/mini splits, standard heat pumps on both commercial and residential. As well as cold side only for kitchen equipment and refrigeration for commercial only.

We do not: install or sell new fireplaces, work on or repair woodstoves, service pellet stoves, no chimney work, masonry or tile work.

We accept all major credit cards, checks, Venmo or cash. We also work with management companies and realtors.

We have a flat rate service fee that is based off your location and type of fireplace. 24 hour notice if appointment cannot be kept is needed, as well as a rescheduling fee for missed appointments.
