Remote Testimony Witness

Remote Testimony Witness - To have notary physically present with a witness to verify your identity, administer the oath or affirmation when the court sets up a conference call to take witness testimony by telephone. Mississippi law allows notaries to charge $5 per notarial act, including administering the oath or affirmation. In addition, an hourly rate and travel fee will be charged. Pricing starts at $175.00 and up depending type of closing, pages printed, number of notarial acts, how many signers, distance traveled and same day service. *Some signings may be less if it is a simple signing 20 pages or less.
