This supplementary material demonstrates the I–E phase diagram of confinement, premelted, and deconfinement phases of vortex pairs, together with their corresponding dynamical results. Please click a data point on the phase diagram; the system will select the nearest data set based on the applied current I and optical field E. Each data set includes a video, the time evolution of the order parameter, and the supercurrent.

**Note: The video filenames follow the convention "I_${I}_E_${E}", where both I and E are expressed in units of I_0 and E_0, respectively. However, the labels displayed inside the video use the notation “E_0: ${E}” and “I: ${I}”, where the units correspond to E_0 and I_c. As a result, a mismatch may appear between the filename and the in-video labels. This is expected and originates from the different normalization conventions. .
