OUR EXPERIENCE

MANAGING DIRECTOR

JOEL THURANIRA MURUNGI is the chief executive officer with experience in security management. Finance management, political science, business administration and public administration. He is all-round CEO with passion in security services and security technology. He has been in business for over 10 years offering excellent service in the industry having previously worked with the National Youth Service. He understands security management more than anyone else. He has also managed political meetings and hence can be able to handle security matter with ease.

GENERAL MANAGER

NICODEMUS MAWIRA KIMARI having worked in the security industry for the last 15 years. He has extreme experience in guard training and supervision, control room management recruitment, radio call management and co-ordination among other areas. Nicodemus Mawira is self-driven individual who helps our client to ensure total security and ensures that your company is well protected and all information is secured.

NICODEMUS MAWIRA a certified DISCO CCNA expert has extreme experience in ICT technologies in the security sector he is a certified Information Management System specialist. He has deployed CCTV systems in various institution with over 15 years’ experience he is an asset to the company in deployment of ICT security devices. He has experience in ICT and hence helps the company to fit into your management system comfortably.

SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT OF SECURITY OFFICERS

We consistently monitor the activity of our security guards on assignment they are routinely checked during the day and night and senior managers conduct impromptu checks.

Our supervisors check the guard alertness welfare and turnout before they all patrol the assignment.

INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT

Our company practices ISO 27001:2013 practices and management system however not certified it helps secure your company information. An ISMS typically addresses employee behavior and processes as well as data and technology. It can be targeted towards a particular type of data, such as customer data, or it can be implemented in a comprehensive way that becomes part of the company’s culture. We train our guards to adhere to confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in their assignments and respect company secrets.

RECRUITMENT, TRAINING AND ORIENTATION

The selection and training of our guards is carefully done to ensure that those finally recruited have experience in the security area and well disciplined. We insist on the production of: -

1. A certificate of good conduct.

2. Literacy (read and write) in English and Kiswahili, minimum of D+ in KCSE.

3. Reference from credible persons as more of eligibility e.g. local administrator such as the area chiefs.

4. Ex-army/Police/NYS/Administration Police

5. Professionalism every discipline.

To enhance their performance, the recruits are placed under intensive training at our well-equipped training school in Meru county. The training process continues after recruitment to ensure the guards make round the dock sport checks as well as monitoring through gadgets callers and personal visit to ensure discipline is maintained throughout their assignment.

WELFARE OF SECURITY GUARDS

Our guards can only sign in for duty if they appear neat, alert and well groomed. We issue them with two pairs of uniform, military boots, raincoats, ties and Barrett with corporate badge, whistle lanyard, button and torch.

Within the security industry we adhere to terms and conditions of service as provided for by labor law including; long service protective security wages council as stipulated in the minimum wages – guidelines, amongst which are weekly off days.
