Inner Sunset

District 7's quaint neighborhood and shopping corridor, the Inner Sunset, offers an array of local bakeries, restaurants, bookstores, magic shops, and more. With easy access to Golden Gate Park and the N Judah, the Inner Sunset provides a wide ranging experience of the best that San Francisco has to offer! On Sundays, check out the Inner Sunset Farmers' Market on for fresh produce, pastries, and a variety of other food. Once a month, visit the Inner Sunset Flea Market selling clothing and jewelry with live music. Popular food and drink spots include Arizmendi Bakery, Gordo Taqueria, Jamba Juice, and Kiki's. 

Ocean Avenue

Dubbed one of the "unsung streets" by the San Francisco Chronicle, Ocean Avenue is a thriving restaurant, small business, residential, and integral part of District 7. Ocean Avenue has become the prime cafe and lunch spot for students in the area with businesses like Java on Ocean, My Cup of Tea, and Philz. Ocean Avenue provides transportation via 29, 49, and K. Some other fun stops and legacy businesses in Ocean Avenue include the El Rey Theatre, Ocean Ale House, The Ave Bar, Beep's Burgers, Ocean Cyclery, Surfaces by David Bonk, Korean Martial Arts Center, Randy's Place, and Ocean Hair Design.

Stonestown Mall

Popular among San Franciscans of all ages, Stonestown Mall serves as a magnet for students, families, shoppers, and children alike. Originally opened in 1952, the mall is now filled with over 100 stores selling diverse range of products. Visit the Stonestown food court for a variety of dining options like K-BBQ, Filipino fusion, udon, Mexican, pizza, sandwiches, and more. Alternatively, catch the latest movies on the big screen at Regal Theater. Stonestown Mall is accessible through the 29, 28, and M transit lines. 

West Portal

The West Portal shopping corridor has been in existence for nearly a century and filled with small businesses, restaurants, salons, bakeries, drink shops, and more. The M and K train lines make West Portal an easy to access shopping corridor. West Portal is a popular spot for students looking to grab lunch on a weekend. Some well known spots in West Portal are Ballast Coffee, Bullshead Burger, Easy Breezy, and Little Joe's. West Portal also contains a number of legacy businesses including Papenhausen Hardware, El Toreador Fonda, Arrow Stamp and Coin Company, and Armstrong Carpet and Linoleum Company.  

Lakeside Village

Lakeside Village is the bustling commercial corridor on Ocean Avenue between 19th Avenue and Junipero Serra. Visit Ambrosia Bakery for cake! Stop into My Cup of Tea or YY Coffee & Milk Tea. Get takeout from Dinosaurs Sandwiches and eat outside at the Lakeside Landing community café tables. Dine at Bay Pocha, Lucho’s, Ocean Thai, Ofena, and Shabu House. Find an unusual first edition book at Mark Post Booksellers, learn to paint at Jean Henry School of Art, and book a trip at Portal World Travel. Visit Chez Sylva, Lake Side Nails, L N’ J Salon, Fitness2Function Pilates, Sharone Franzen Acupuncture, and much more!
