SwipeLean – Photo Cleaner

Welcome to SwipeLean – Photo Cleaner ("SwipeLean", "App"), developed and published by SuperTools Dev Studio ("we", "our", or "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SwipeLean. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least the minimum legal age required in your country to use this App or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
SwipeLean is an offline-first photo cleaning application that helps users:
Find duplicate photos
Detect similar photos
Detect blurry photos
Find screenshots
Detect large videos and files
Organize photos by date
Review memories such as "On This Day"
Free storage space by removing unwanted media
Most photo analysis is performed directly on your device.
Subject to these Terms, SuperTools Dev Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use SwipeLean for your personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights.
SwipeLean, including its software, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and other content, is owned by SuperTools Dev Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the App except where permitted by law.
SwipeLean is designed as an offline-first application.
Your photos and videos are processed locally on your device to provide cleaning and organization features.
We do not upload your personal photos or videos to our servers for analysis.
The App may request permissions including:
Access to photos and videos
Internet access
Notifications
Advertising ID
Google Play Billing
These permissions are used solely to provide the App's features and services.
SwipeLean offers optional Premium subscriptions that unlock additional features.
Subscriptions may include weekly, monthly, yearly, or promotional plans, depending on availability.
Payments are processed securely through Google Play.
Subscription management is provided by Google Play and may use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
To avoid renewal, cancel your subscription before the renewal date through your Google Play account.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Purchases are processed by Google Play.
Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policies.
SuperTools Dev Studio cannot approve or process refunds for purchases made through Google Play.
The free version of SwipeLean displays advertisements using Google AdMob.
Premium subscribers may enjoy an ad-free experience, depending on their subscription plan.
You agree to use SwipeLean responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to interfere with the App's operation
Reverse engineer or modify the App
Circumvent security measures
Use automated tools to abuse the service
Violate the rights of others
Your photos, videos, and media files remain your property.
SwipeLean does not claim ownership of your personal content.
You are solely responsible for reviewing files before deleting them.
Deleted files may not be recoverable after removal from your device or trash, depending on your device and operating system.
While SwipeLean is designed to help organize and clean your gallery safely, you are responsible for confirming any files before deletion.
SuperTools Dev Studio is not responsible for accidental deletion of photos, videos, or other files resulting from your actions while using the App.
We recommend creating backups of important files before performing large cleanup operations.
SwipeLean may integrate with trusted third-party providers, including:
Google Play Services
Google Play Billing
Google AdMob
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Crashlytics
RevenueCat
Your use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We strive to keep SwipeLean available and functioning properly.
However, we do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.
Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued without prior notice.
SwipeLean is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperTools Dev Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperTools Dev Studio shall not be liable for:
Data loss
Lost profits
Indirect or consequential damages
Device issues
Loss resulting from deleted media
Service interruptions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or Premium subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:
These Terms are violated
Fraudulent activity is detected
Required by law
Necessary to protect our users or services
You may stop using SwipeLean at any time by uninstalling the App.
Your use of SwipeLean is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will become effective when published within the App or on our website.
Continued use of SwipeLean after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where SuperTools Dev Studio operates, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
