Welcome to Super Soulshine with Kat. By booking or attending any online event, meditation, workshop, class or energy healing session ("Event"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do no book or participate.
I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted), have read and understood the Terms & Conditions, understand that the services provided are complementary wellbeing practices and not medical treatment, accept full responsibility for my participation, and consent to the session being conducted online via Zoom. Where applicable, I understand that the session may be recorded and I consent to this as described in the Terms & Conditions.
We provide live online meditation sessions, energy work, personal development workshops and related educational experiences via Zoom or similar online platforms.
These Events are intended to support personal wellbeing, relaxation, mindfulness, self-awareness and spiritual exploration.
They are not medical, psychological or healthcare services.
By participating you acknowledge and agree that:
You are responsible for your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Participation is entirely voluntary.
You understand that meditation and energy work can produce emotional or physical responses that vary from person to person.
You accept full responsibility for your participation.
Our Events are not intended to:
diagnose illness
prescribe treatment
cure disease
replace medical advice
replace psychological therapy
replace counselling
replace psychiatric care
If you have any physical or mental health concerns, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.
If you are currently experiencing severe mental illness, suicidal thoughts, psychosis, epilepsy triggered by relaxation practices, or any condition that could be adversely affected by meditation, please seek medical advice before attending.
Nothing shared during an Event should be interpreted as medical advice.
No guarantees are made regarding:
healing
recovery
symptom improvement
emotional outcomes
spiritual experiences
personal transformation
Individual experiences differ.
Energy healing and related practices are complementary wellbeing techniques.
They are not scientifically established medical treatments and should not be considered a substitute for professional healthcare.
You participate with full understanding of the nature of these practices.
You remain solely responsible for:
decisions you make
actions you take
your interpretation of information shared
seeking professional advice where appropriate
You agree not to rely solely upon any information provided during an Event when making medical, financial or legal decisions.
Events are delivered using Zoom or another online platform.
You are responsible for:
having a suitable internet connection
ensuring your device functions correctly
joining on time
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to internet outages, software failures or circumstances beyond our control.
Some Events may be recorded.
By attending, you consent to the recording of the session.
Where possible, participants will be informed before recording begins.
If you choose to enable your camera or microphone, your image, name and voice may be captured in the recording.
If you prefer not to appear in recordings, you should:
keep your camera switched off
mute your microphone
use Zoom's display name settings if appropriate
Recordings remain the property of Super Soulshine with Kat.
To maintain a safe and respectful environment, participants agree to:
behave respectfully
avoid abusive or disruptive behaviour
respect the confidentiality of other participants
avoid recording the Event without permission
We reserve the right to remove participants without refund where behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive.
Participants may voluntarily share personal experiences during Events.
Everyone is expected to respect the confidentiality and privacy of others.
However, we cannot guarantee that all participants will maintain confidentiality and therefore encourage you not to disclose information you consider highly sensitive.
All materials, presentations, meditations, recordings, written content, audio, downloads and teaching materials remain the intellectual property of Super Soulshine with Kat unless otherwise stated.
They may not be:
copied
distributed
sold
reproduced
shared publicly
without prior written permission.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received.
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations more than 48 hours before the Event can receive a full refund
cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable
if we cancel an Event, participants will receive either a full refund or an alternative booking
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Super Soulshine with Kat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from participation in an Event.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
By participating, you acknowledge that meditation and complementary wellbeing practices may involve emotional or physical responses.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Where recordings are made, these may contain your name, voice or image if you choose to participate using your camera or microphone.
We reserve the right to:
change Event content
substitute facilitators where necessary
change Event times
postpone or cancel Events where circumstances require
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
