2.1 Personal Information
- Email Address (Mandatory): Required for account creation, authentication, and communication purposes.
- Username (Mandatory): Can be your real name or a pseudonym. This is displayed publicly alongside your posts and comments.
- Phone Number (Optional): For organizational profiles only.
2.2 User-Generated Content
- Documents and Posts: Users can upload documents (currently PDF and DOC formats) that become publicly accessible posts within the app.
- Chat Interactions: Conversations generated through our AI-powered chat interface based on uploaded documents for the respective user performing RAG operation on the document content in the chat interface.
2.3 Usage Data
- We collect data on how you interact with the chat interface only to monitor AI generated responses thereafter.
- We do not collect any device information such as IP address, device type, operating system, and app version.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Account Management: Your email is used for login and account administration.
- Content Delivery: To display user-uploaded documents and facilitate AI-powered chats.
- Service Improvement: To enhance app functionality and user experience.
- Communications: To send important updates about our service.
4. Data Storage and Security
- We employ industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for stored data.
- User-uploaded documents are stored securely on cloud servers.
- We regularly perform security audits.
5. AI Technology and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- We utilize third-party AI Language Models (LLMs) for generating responses.
- RAG technology creates embeddings of uploaded documents to inform AI responses in our database which will eventually be used to retrieve relevant information from the uploaded document for user query.
- The AI does not have access to external, real-time information or the full text of original documents during conversations.
6. Content Moderation and User Responsibility
- We implement AI-powered content moderation to scan uploaded documents and AI-generated responses.
- Users are responsible for the content they upload and should not share sensitive or confidential information.
- We reserve the right to remove content that seems to harmful, dangerous or unwanted in any manner.
7. Data Sharing and Third-Party Access
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- Uploaded documents and posts are publicly accessible within the app.
- We may disclose data in response to lawful requests by public authorities.
8. Advertising and In-App Purchases
- We may display ads and offer premium features through in-app purchases in the future. Currently there is no payment gateway integrated inside the app nor any mode of payment is accepted for app usage as of last privacy policy updated date.
9. Children's Privacy
- Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- If we discover we have collected data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete the created user content and the account.

- You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information
- You can request a copy of your data or opt-out of certain data collection practices.

11. Data Retention and Deletion
- We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
- Upon request, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where legally required to retain it.

- Storage: To access and upload documents and images from your device.
