Head Trainer
A graduate of Animal Behavior College's Dog Trainer program - Shelley has always held a love for animals. Starting in 2013 as a stable hand, she was exposed to animals of all sizes and shapes. Although her love for horses got her there, her love for dogs was what grew the most. She spent a lot of her time caring for her trainer's dogs and watching them grow and play.
From there she landed in various jobs, ranging food service to retail and even the medical field, but she always found her way back to dogs. From kennel teching and veterinary assisting, to volunteering to be a decoy for her friend's dog, to eventually becoming a trainer herself, dogs have always been the center-point of her life. She adopted and trained her own service animal, and the namesake for this company, Nova.
Outside of dogs, Shelley is an avid gamer and dabbles in photography. She loves storms and weather with plans to pursue a degree in Atmospheric Sciences
Nova- Team Mascot/Service Dog/Demo Dog
Nova is a 4 year old German Shepherd mix and a very hard worker. Found in Manteca, CA, severely underweight and in need of some direction, Nova has changed the life of her humans and shown the public that any dog can be a service animal. She excels in FastCAT and loves to show off her fun tricks for anyone willing to give her a treat.

Orion- Team Mascot/Service Dog in Training/Socialization and Demo Dog
Orion was born in February 2023 and was happily welcomed to the family later that April. He is a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever with a love for food and playing with his big sister, Nova. He has shown promise in FastCAT, agility, and Service Work and has been an amazing helper in puppy socialization.
Secondary Handler/Head Admin
North Dakota born, California(and almost every state in between) raised; Collin has, historically, been a cat person. But, even the biggest cat fan can have a soft spot for dogs.
As an Army Veteran, Collin has found peace and sanity through dog handling; taking on Nova as his service animal and working every day to continue refining her skills. He stands ready to learn and assist with whatever is thrown at him(even when it means working Nova in the pouring Maryland rain with a tornado watch or fixing Shelley's computer for the 80th time).
Outside of dogs, Collin is an amazing cook, gamer, golfer, and hockey player. He shares Shelley's love for storms and plans to, one day, build one of the best weather intercepting vehicles known to man.
