We collect your name, email, and phone number to add you to the Superhero Flow application. We do not share any personal data with third parties.
Permissions:
We need access to your microphone and camera video for our communication with others. We also use your camera, if you choose, to add pictures or video of your work or materials. We do not collect any voice/audio/camera/video data from your device unless you specifically trigger the mic or camera button. We do not share that data with any third party applications.
Children's Privacy
The Superhero Flow application does not address anyone under the age of 13 to use the application. We do not collect information from children through our application.
Calling & Messaging Compliance Policy
1. Consent & Opt-In Requirements
Prior Express Consent: We will obtain clear, explicit consent from recipients before sending any messages or placing automated calls.
Consent Records: Maintain proof of consent, including timestamps and the specific "Call to Action" the user agreed to.
No "Snowshoeing": Do not spread messages across multiple numbers to evade detection.

2. Messaging Standards & Content
Sender Identification: The first message in any conversation will clearly identify Rainwater Plumbing.
Opt-Out Instructions: Every initial message will include opt-out language (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe").
Prohibited Content: No content will be related to:
Cannabis/CBD: Illegal at the federal level in the U.S., regardless of state laws.
Phishing/Fraud: Any attempt to solicit private data under false pretenses.
High-Risk Categories: Alcohol, firearms, gambling, and tobacco require strict age-gating.
3. Voice Calling Restrictions
Caller ID Accuracy: We will not and are prohibited from misrepresenting your identity (spoofing). Only use numbers you own or have permission to use.
Do Not Call (DNC) Registry: We will not knowingly contact numbers on federal or local DNC registries.
Recording Laws: If recording calls, we will comply with consent laws (e.g., California’s Invasion of Privacy Act), which may require notifying all parties.
4. Technical & Regulatory Registration
Customer Profile: We will maintain an approved Primary Customer Profile in Twilio's Trust Hub or other provider (including by not limited to ClickSend) to ensure caller reputation and avoid call blocking.
