# Superglow Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Superglow, a premium car detailing brand based in Brunei Darussalam. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Superglow's mobile application and related services ("Services"). By creating an Account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

## 1. Use of the App and Services

- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

- You agree to use the Services in accordance with the laws and regulations of Brunei Darussalam.

- You must not misuse the App or Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes, including attempts to hack, scrape data, or transmit harmful code.

## 2. User Accounts

- Certain features require you to create a personal Account.

- By creating an Account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Superglow relies on this confirmation in good faith. Providing a false age confirmation is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

- Each customer may hold only one Account. Duplicate Accounts created to abuse promotions, Points, or vouchers may be merged or terminated without notice.

- You must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and vehicle information.

- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your Account.

- Notify Superglow immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach.

## 3. Appointments and Services

- Appointments can be booked via the Superglow App or directly at participating outlets.

- Service availability and operating hours vary by branch and are displayed in the App.

- Prices vary by branch, vehicle size, and service type, and are displayed in the App at the time of booking.

- Upon arrival, Superglow staff will inspect your vehicle to confirm the requested service and may recommend additional treatments. Extra charges apply only with your consent.

- Appointments cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled time, or no-shows, may incur a cancellation fee of up to the full service price. The applicable fee is displayed in the App at the time of booking.

- Please arrive punctually. Late arrivals beyond a reasonable grace period may require rescheduling.

- Booking confirmations and reminders (including day-before and same-day notifications) are sent automatically. These are transactional communications necessary to deliver the Services.

- If you are dissatisfied with the service, please raise the issue with the on-duty manager immediately.

## 4. Payment

- Superglow accepts cash, approved digital payment, loyalty Points, reward vouchers, prepaid package sessions, or any combination thereof, subject to the rules in Section 5.

- You agree to pay all confirmed service fees and applicable charges.

- Credit facilities are not offered.

## 5. Loyalty Points, Packages, Vouchers, and Promotions

### 5.1 Pricing and Promotions

- Superglow may offer promotions, discounts, and referral rewards from time to time, each subject to its individual terms.

- Unless explicitly stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers, vouchers, or Points.

- Promotions may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

### 5.2 Loyalty Points Program

- Superglow may award loyalty Points for eligible purchases, subject to the prevailing earning rates and multipliers displayed in the App.

- Points have no cash value and are not redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances. Points may only be applied toward eligible Superglow service charges within the App.

- Earning rates, redemption rates, and multipliers may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn by Superglow at any time without prior notice.

- Points are personal and non-transferable between customers, Accounts, or vehicles.

- Points may expire after the period specified in the App. Expired Points are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

- Points awarded in error, in connection with cancelled, refunded, or disputed transactions, or through fraudulent activity may be reversed or invalidated by Superglow.

- Upon termination or closure of an Account, all unused Points are forfeited without compensation.

- Superglow reserves the right to audit, adjust, or invalidate Points where misuse or system error is suspected.

### 5.3 Prepaid Service Packages

- Packages entitle the customer to a fixed number of service sessions, redeemable within the validity period stated at purchase.

- Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and are forfeited.

- Sessions cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or different service categories unless expressly approved by Superglow.

### 5.4 Reward Vouchers

- Vouchers issued through the loyalty program or promotions are subject to the specific terms shown on the voucher, including expiry date, eligible services, and minimum spend.

- Vouchers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be reissued if lost or expired.

- Unless explicitly stated, vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers, offers, or Points in a single transaction.

## 6. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility

- Superglow is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or malfunctions in your vehicle.

- Customers must remove all valuables before service. Superglow is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

- For modified or non-standard vehicles, Superglow will not be liable for damages arising from such modifications unless proven to be due to staff negligence.

- Superglow reserves the right to refuse service to vehicles deemed unsafe or excessively damaged.

## 7. Limitation of Liability

- Superglow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.

- In any case, Superglow's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service concerned.

## 8. Intellectual Property and User Content

### 8.1 Superglow Property

- All trademarks, logos, images, videos, text, and other content in the App and on Superglow materials are the property of Superglow. No reproduction or distribution is permitted without prior written authorization.

### 8.2 Customer Reviews and Submissions

- Customers may submit reviews, ratings, and feedback ("User Content") through the App.

- By submitting User Content, you grant Superglow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, reproduce, and use the User Content for service operation, improvement, and marketing.

- User Content must be truthful, lawful, and must not contain personal data of staff or third parties, offensive language, or defamatory statements.

- Superglow may moderate, edit, or remove User Content that violates these Terms without notice.

## 9. Data Protection and Privacy

- Superglow handles personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Order 2025 (Brunei Darussalam).

- Full details of what data is collected, how it is used, who it is shared with, retention periods, and your rights as a data subject are set out in the Superglow Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

- By creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

## 10. Marketing Communications

- With your consent, Superglow may send promotional messages about offers, new services, and loyalty rewards via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or in-app notifications.

- You may withdraw marketing consent at any time through the App settings. Withdrawal does not affect transactional messages such as booking confirmations and reminders.

## 11. Termination

- Superglow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account for misuse, non-payment, violation of these Terms, or fraudulent activity.

- You may discontinue using the Services and close your Account at any time.

- Upon termination or closure of an Account: all unused loyalty Points, active vouchers, and remaining package sessions are forfeited without compensation, except where required by law.

## 12. Governing Law

- These Terms are governed by the laws of Brunei Darussalam.

- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brunei Darussalam.

## 13. Updates to Terms

- Superglow may update these Terms periodically.

- Material changes will be notified through the App at least 14 days before taking effect.

- Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
