This Privacy Statement (“Statement”) is enacted and published by [Digital Techzone] (hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor,” “Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This document serves as a binding legal agreement governing all aspects of data processing—as defined by relevant data protection laws—pertaining to any information that identifies, relates to, or can be logically linked to a natural person (“User Data”). This User Data is gathered through the Studio's mobile software applications targeted at general or family audiences (the “App” or “Apps”), distributed exclusively via the Google Play platform. By installing, engaging with, or allowing a minor to use any App, you (the “User,” “you,” or “your”) affirm your consent to these practices for yourself and any minor under your legal guardianship.
1.1 Target Demographic
Our applications are developed for general consumption and are not aimed at, advertised to, or intended for children under the age of 13.
1.2 Non-Collection from Children
We strictly avoid collecting, soliciting, or storing any personal identifying information from individuals known to be under 13 years of age. Users who are under 13 must refrain from submitting personal data, such as names, email addresses, or contact numbers.
1.3 Audit and Removal
Should we become aware that User Data belonging to a user under 13 has been inadvertently received, we will promptly locate and permanently expunge that information from our system records.
2.1 No Mandatory Registration
The Apps operate without requiring any user account creation or sign-up process. Consequently, we do not solicit—or otherwise intentionally collect—personal identifiers like full name, email addresses, or phone numbers.
2.2 Automated Performance and Usage Metrics
To ensure the stability and continuous enhancement of the Apps, our approved external tools for analytics and crash reporting may automatically record and transmit the following anonymous operational data:
Device hardware details, operating system version, and model;
App version numbers and feature usage statistics;
Approximate geographical location limited to the city or county level;
Diagnostic data, error logs, performance latency, and crash reports.
2.3 Exclusive Use Limitation
The telemetry data mentioned in clause 2.2 is either aggregated or rendered non-identifiable (pseudonymised) and is utilized solely for troubleshooting, optimizing performance, and gaining general statistical insights into usage patterns.
3.1 Vetted Third-Party Vendors
We partner with the following external companies exclusively for providing advertising, analysis, and diagnostic services. Each vendor has publicly or contractually confirmed their adherence to modern data security standards and practices compliant with COPPA:
a) Google AdMob: Role: Facilitates advertisement placement, controls ad frequency, and provides contextual ads restricted to content suitable for children. Privacy Statement: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
b) Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics): Role: Gathers anonymized usage data, crash diagnostics, and aggregated activity trends. Privacy Statement: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
3.2 Data Separation
The listed service providers only receive non-identifying, device-level information. They do not obtain personal details such as names, emails, precise geolocation data, or any information that could definitively pinpoint a specific individual.
4.1 Digital Purchases within the App
Some Apps may offer optional virtual items or premium ad-removal features (“In-App Purchases”). These financial transactions are processed entirely through the proprietary payment systems of the distributing platform (Google Play, etc.). We do not request or maintain any sensitive payment information; this data is collected, secured (tokenized), and stored exclusively by the platform operator under their own terms and encryption protocols.
4.2 Advertisement Display
In applications where In-App Purchases are not utilized, age-appropriate banner or full-screen advertisements may be shown. These are provided by the third-party ad network detailed in Section 3. All advertising requests are filtered using the network’s “child-directed” setting, which specifically disables targeted behavioral advertising, interest profiling, and requests for precise location data.
To prevent minors from accessing potentially chargeable actions or external web content—specifically (i) initiating any in-app purchase or (ii) clicking on an external link—our applications employ a “parental lock.” This gate requires the user to successfully complete a simple challenge (e.g., a basic two-number math problem) designed to be difficult for children under 13 to solve without adult assistance.
6.1 No Selling or Leasing
We strictly prohibit the selling, renting, trading, or any other method of monetizing User Data by transferring it to third-party marketers or data brokerage firms.
6.2 Internal Processing Only
The non-personal analytics and advertisement delivery data outlined in Sections 2 and 3 are used solely for the following internal purposes:
(a) Monitoring, correcting, and enhancing application stability and performance;
(b) Creating aggregated statistics on user engagement; and
(c) Displaying contextual, age-appropriate advertisements.
7.1 Legal Basis and Data Nature
We confirm that we do not acquire, retain, or otherwise process any information that qualifies as “personal data” under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Identifiers used for analytics and ad-serving purposes are either disabled or sufficiently pseudonymised so that they cannot be associated with an identified or identifiable natural person.
7.2 Vendor Compliance
The external vendors detailed in Section 3 function as independent data processors under Article 28 of the GDPR. They have confirmed that they employ adequate technical and organizational controls to meet GDPR obligations. No personalized profiling or behavioral retargeting is conducted on devices located within the EEA.
The App requests the following permissions to fulfill its stated functions:
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: To send users notifications regarding connection status, errors, or security alerts (if the app is a VPN).
FOREGROUND_SERVICE: To maintain the continuous operation of the core service while the App is running in the device background.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE: For advanced operational needs that require the service to run continuously and securely in the foreground.
9.1 No Sale or “Sharing” of Data
We do not sell or “share” (as defined by Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.120) personal information, fundamentally because we do not collect such information in the first place.
9.2 Recognised Rights
California residents maintain the right to formally request: (i) an account of any personal information we may have unintentionally obtained, and (ii) the permanent deletion of such information. Requests must be submitted using the contact details provided in Section 12 and will be addressed within forty-five (45) calendar days.
We implement industry-leading technical and procedural safeguards—including Transport Layer Security (TLS) for data transmission, strict access credentials, and least-privilege cloud setup—to protect all data handled by us or our service providers. Security protocols are audited at least once annually and enhanced whenever significant new security vulnerabilities are discovered.
This Statement may be revised at our sole discretion to account for changes in law, regulation, or business operations. Any updates will be published within the App and on the Studio's website, and the “Last Updated” date will be changed accordingly. Your continued use of the App following the publication of these revisions confirms your acceptance of the updated terms.
